Spacious suite with a stunning lake view. The air conditioning unit was unclean, requiring a room change. The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants.

I had a great time strolling through the nearby Magnificent Mile, just around the corner, filled with fantastic shopping and restaurants, and it was a short walk to the 360 Chicago Observation Deck, which offered breathtaking views of the city; also, the Central Park Museum and Lincoln Park Zoo were just under three kilometers away, making it easy to enjoy a peaceful day in the parks. The hotel featured nice amenities including a big TV and mini fridge, but the staff could be a bit more attentive to guests' needs.

The front desk staff were super rude, questioning my ID in a way that felt invasive. My room was damp and cold, and the heating was turned off. Not the getaway I hoped for!

Rooms were clean and spacious, with great views and comfy beds. Service was hit or miss; front desk staff could be more attentive. Valet service was friendly. No vending options at night was inconvenient.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms with great amenities like a mini fridge and a big TV that made our stay enjoyable and helped us feel right at home.
Not a single issue.

The room was a stunning high-floor King suite with breathtaking lake views, making the emotional return even more special. Every detail felt on point, from the immaculate space to the friendly and accommodating staff. there were frustrations—the pool was crowded, and the food situation was lackluster, with limited nearby dining options. One guest felt unjustly accused of noise and had a rough check-out experience, while another faced issues with cleanliness. Despite these hiccups, the charm and hospitality left a lasting impression, reminding me that not everything is perfect but genuine kindness makes a difference.

Great location and helpful staff. Wi-Fi was unreliable during my stay.

A fantastic stay with prime features, yet a few hiccups. The app allowed an excellent choice of rooms. Suite offered stunning views of the Air & Water Show. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable. Cleanliness and amenities like Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries were high-caliber. customer service was a letdown. The front desk experience felt dismissive and inattentive, particularly from one staff member. Limited dining options and the absence of room service were inconvenient. Parking proved confusing as well. Despite these issues, the location was ideal, offering tranquility close to vibrant streets. With attentive staff, this hotel could transform an already pleasant experience into something remarkable.

The view of the lake from our room was stunning! The spacious and clean room made our stay very comfortable. The hotel's location near shopping areas was perfect for us to explore and have a great time.
The pullout couch bed for the kids was small and uncomfortable, which was a bit disappointing. the parking was quite expensive, so we opted for a more affordable option nearby.

The pool on the top floor gives you killer views of the lake. The staff is friendly and even knocked off some charges when things went sideways.
I found a dusty side table and had to deal with some frustrating housekeeping.

The ability to choose our room through the app was a standout feature. Room offered a fantastic view for the Air & Water show. The king bed was extremely comfy, enhancing our relaxation. The spacious layout included a microwave and small fridge, which were convenient. The staff was consistently friendly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. it would have been nice to have room service or an on-site restaurant. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for peaceful sleep. The roof-level pool provided a great way to unwind after city exploration.

The Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile Suites boasts a fantastic location just steps from the Magnificent Mile. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and eager to assist, making for a pleasant experience despite some minor issues with the room’s temperature.

Room was big enough for us, two adults and two teens. The pool on the roof was great for relaxing and had a nice view.
The price was a bit high, but it was still fine.

Loved the downtown spot! Super easy to check in and the pool was nice for a quick dip. Our room was decent, but it was a bit dusty and the ice machine was out. had a little trouble with parking fees—totally confusing process. really enjoyed exploring the area and finding tasty food nearby!

Great location and views. Confusing parking and slow service.

We were flexing while chilling by that pool with sick views of Lake Michigan. The room service and restaurant were clutch too. Ya know, for those late night cravings after partying hard.
Just wish they had a louder speaker system by the pool for those lit pool parties. You feel me?

we enjoyed the location of the hilton. it was within walking distance to many attractions and things we were looking to see and do. we liked the doors to the bedroom, as we have littles, and this allowed for us to close the door to get our littles to sleep. easy check-in and check-out, excellent location, close to everything, shopping, drinks, and eateries. the bus stop is right around the corner, subway station is about 5-10 mins walk. the room itself is ok, you got a big TV, a small mini fridge, 2 beds, and a small living room. ok if you are here for one night.
None 😊

I was thrilled to visit Millennium Park, and chose the Hilton for its location. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a pleasant surprise. I also loved dining at The Southern Cut Barbecue, serving up delicious American and barbecue dishes.
Miscommunication led to billing issues.

The room was equipped with a flat-screen TV in both rooms, which was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. The sitting area allowed for a comfortable space to unwind after a long day of work. The housekeeping service did a good job of keeping the room clean and tidy, which was much appreciated. there were some areas that could be improved. The air conditioning in the room seemed a bit finicky, and at times it was difficult to find the right temperature. the soundproofing of the room was not the best, as we could hear noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The curtains were not very effective at blocking out the light, which made it difficult to sleep in. the staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding areas. The location was fantastic, just a block away from the magnificent mile, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a plus, as the property had a pleasant smell overall.

Tried the new Japanese restaurant and felt like a 3, star Michelin critic. Southern Cut BBQ was a taste explosion. Late check, out spoiled me. Swanky suites, fab amenities & top, notch service. Explored all Vibes with a Vegas, level pool view.
Absolutely nothing wrong here, just perfect! .

Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.
